The only sportsmanlike punishment if City and Chelsea are found guilty is relegation to the bottom division and stripping of all titles won through unfair finances.
The Calciopoli punishment for Juventus was just and right, the EPL need to do this or find the legitimacy of the league, and to a large extent English football, called into serious question.
It will come to light that every big club has transfer and/or FFP irregularities.
Can’t be said that Everton, or Spurs, have bought titles though, only 2 clubs, perhaps 3, spring to mind on that particular offence.
City and Chelsea will be looking nervously at what comes of this. If Spurs get docked points for some irregular agent payments, you can only imagine what all clubs will demand happens to those two when they get found guilty of blatantly breaching FFP and trying to hide it.
City (or Chelsea for that matter) will not be punished. the PL, The FA, UEFA and FIFA are all incredibly corrupt and the UAE money will flow through all of those institutions to ensure nothing happens.

Slippy G-Had and Carra never won the league. Only Souness, Rush and Keegan were deemed good enough by true European giants to play for them. Hansen was incredibly overrated. I only ever hear pundits and true legends mention Keegan out of your list. The rest are only club legends, not football legends.
