I wouldn’t buy a faulty phone. Buy a proper refurbished one. There’s nothing more disappointing that getting a “new” item that doesn’t work as it should.

$50 is nothing when you say you want to keep it for around 5 years. That’s $10 per year. Get the 8gb.
