1 year agoCall their support line - they have great customer service and fixed issues I was having with my surfboard during initial setup w/Xfinity when we moved.

I have an S33 paired with two Arris W21s one upstairs one downstairs. I pay for gig and get 600-800 everywhere in my house over WiFi. Happy with it.
