disagree. while I do feel Gabriel is a more physical version of Kos, he has to keep that level up in more seasons forward. As this poll was done with Gabriel only 3 season in, Kos take the win for me.

by ability, then Partey is the best holding midfielder we’ve got in this period.

for contribution though, I’d pick Arteta for his first two seasons with us. 2011-2013 was a very very rough period for us and Arteta helped us stabilize massively. He was the second best player in 2011/2012 season after RVP, and proving crucial to our CL qualifying campaign in 12/13. He’d even took a paycut to came to us. Ability-wise, he is not Fabregas, but what he did for us then the hopefully more success in the future is what we all hope Fabregas to be.

It has to be Arteta for the Dm role.
