Reece James is an absolute monster on the pitch and any team would be happy to have him. As a Liverpool fan have Trent is the only thing that takes the pain away every time I watch him play.
The problem is getting him on the pitch and getting to watch him play. No he’s not overrated he’s just made of glass.
That’s wholly inaccurate though because you’re not just looking at winning the title when you have the chance at European play. You don’t get Wrexham or Luton or Ipswich without the promise of making it to the Prem.
Billy Gilmour taking up a spot from Caicedo/Mac has done quite well and doesn’t get near the attention of Adingra or their other young players.
Alvarez has basically been playing KDB role for City and has been quietly very solid so far this season
Semenyo for Bournemouth has consistently caused trouble for defenders, but Bournemouth are dire in all areas of play at the moment
Cunha has been great in holdup play and as support in Neto’s fantastic play this season.
There are many others, Everton have really started to gel well, for instance. Palace are over performing in relation to their injuries and really very little incoming players. Jordan Ayew probably deserves a shout. Villa’s midfield has done well this year and is constantly overlooked. Etc.
He could go play in a country that preaches hate and murders journalists and masterminds/funds terrorist attacks in order to get paid to say they’re not sportswashing while saying he didn’t do it for the money…
I mean, it beats just throwing yourself on the ground holding your head for 10 minutes at least, but otherwise I agree it’s just kicking the problem further down the road.
