I have had the opposite experience…as a network engineering lead, I would send a job listing for an engineer to HR, HR would post it and forward it out to their network of recruiters, 24-48 hours later I would get a email/phone call from some head-hunter saying, “Hey, your resume was a match for this networking engineer position!”

Alien:Romulus - entertaining, if you can get past the “it’s a dystopian corpo hellscape grinding these dirt poor miners into dust, but also they’re all in their early 20s and sexy with perfect hair.” I’m not a huge Alien lore purist, so I didn’t have the same reaction that more hardcore fans probably had.
My wife wants to see Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice but has not seen original Beetlejuice, so we’re planning to stream that tonight or tomorrow. I haven’t seen it since it came out and barely remember it.

Wildly vacilating between trying to perfect my own tactic, reading up on published tactics to see how well I compare, worrying that I’ve done something unrealistic or exploitive, trying to institute a reasonable wage structure that guarantees long-term financial growth and a playing pathway for my squad players, and throwing it out the window to sign a superstar free agent who popped up in my scouting reports.
