With better finishing this would be a 4-3 game already
Germany’s starting LB
I’ll take that
none of the African or Asian countries are strong enough to win the World Cup
Right now? No, but Europe and South America have decades worth of years headstart but we don’t know the future and can’t say with certainty that no other continent will ever win the WC. It might take many more decades but it’s not outside the realm of possibility that other continents start to catch up at some point in the future
I think some of the big African nations have alot of talent but not the infrastructure to develop them all at the same time so the really stand out ones get discovered whereas the not as good but still good ones end up falling through the cracks
Europe and South America have had way more time to build systems for success but Africa is relatively new and poor but if given adequate funding and time I believe they can show their potential
Ol’ Red Nose was a strict manager but it worked so you can’t argue with the results. That being said in the documentary as well throughout Becks does suggest that Fergie is like a second father to him.
You can see with alot of successful players through United’s history that despite SAF’s need to control he also empowers them as players. He basically convinces every United player that it’s a privilege to wear the red shirt. You look at John O’Shea who was at the club for over a decade mostly as a back up for whoever but he never complained and he was good enough to move to another club to be a nailed on starter but he stayed at United and I feel that’s largely down to Fergie persuading him that nowhere else will be good enough
If that was to happen I feel it would be an African country like Ivory Coast or Ghana. African players are themselves typically pretty good at club level and if a country happened upon a good generation of players with a really good coach they might be able to surprise everyone
The game keeps going for the most part. No time-outs to strategize so tactics are implemented and changed on the fly. I like to think of it as the thinking man’s game since aside from half-time there’s not really any intentional breaks like American sports
Tossing it out of bounds sounds like a handball to me and intentional grounding is just diving for a penalty so sounds about right in modern day football
That’s not how it would probably work anyways. They just declare there’s no winner of the league in that season and the history books are re-written as such
I watch Arsenal along with whatever games are in the other kick off times. I’ll also watch any interesting Serie A and Ligue 1 games since I get those with FuboTV too. I’ll illegal stream any interesting La Liga or Bundesliga games if I have time
Van Der Sar for Fulham in Arsenal’s Invincible season. Only keeper to blank us I believe
Scoring goals is hard? Please tell me more
Yes but it would be less noticeable because of how much quality City have in every position and how much of a well oiled machine they are
If you think that then you never really watched him a couple seasons ago. Bowen probably took all the attention in that season because I would say it was his break out season where he scored almost 20 goals but Dec was doing alot of what he does now in the midfield that season
Havertz now LB
Wonder if the Gibraltar players just lined off across their goal mouth like a wall, if the score would be more or less…
NGL Mateball is very fun to watch
