I disagree about the fact that Florence is not a football mad city. While it’s not Naples, the passion for Fiorentina is always there, it’s just that not many people wear football shirts if they’re not going to the game (I think the same goes for a lot of Italy as well).

If you were stuck around the city centre, though, I can see why you said that because unfortunately there aren’t many Florentines left in that part of town.

Probably in February after the European cups round of sixteen (23rd of February). At least, that’s what they did last season, if I remember correctly…
