1 year agoHard drives are quite reliable these days. According to the Backblaze stats, the annualized failure rate for modern drives is only about 1.5%. And these guys beat the living shit out of their drives.

Do you mean Aruba “Instant On”? If so, you are withholding some important bit of information.
They are perfectly usable without an app or cloud console. Will get DHCP IP and you can log in to the local web interface and manage it that way. The caveat is that it has to be VLAN1.
Probably the wrong community to post a video link and expect people to watch it to provide you with insights.
