If they don’t connect to the wearable app, they’re fake.

I’ve used buds plus for the last three years and last week I’ve tested buds fe and buds 2 pro side by side.
The anc is good on both of them, I can’t say that one is better than the other.
Ambient mode is definitely better on 2 pro (although not as good as let’s say airpods pro which I’ve also tested). FE has a static background noise that buds plus also has, and probably many cheaper buds also.
The fit is different on buds 2 pro compared with buds plus or buds fe, but they’re not dropping off, very good on both earbuds for me. I would say you have to test them before taking a decision, as you could have surprises for different ears.
The sound is where the big difference is. If you buy them to listen to music, buds 2 pro is very nice and the difference compared to buds FE is noticeable. FE has good bass compared to buds plus, but I’ve had a hard time finding noticeable differences in sound overall. However, when listening to buds 2 pro… everything changes.
The battery is about the same on both, I’ve never run out of battery on buds plus so I don’t know what to tell you here.
For me, only the biggest ear tips have good fit test and they’re also comfortable.
Try bigger ear tips and see if the fit test is better…but if you’re satisfied with them just like that, don’t sweat about it.
