We know about things like FFP and home grown talent. But the teams at the bottom of the table generally come up one season from the Championship and then go down the next season.

How would you change this? Or should it be changed?

I still think City are going to be hard to beat this season which would make it about a million league titles in a row. It’s fair but is it ‘fair’ to all the other teams in the bottom half?

    Rules?

    The following would be nice:

    • Anyone who wins two titles in a row is immediately relegated to League Two.
    • Reverse wage cap where teams who win the league have the smallest salary cap for the following season (e.g Luton can pay $1 million a week for Haaland but City can only pay $5).
    • Automatic 5 point deduction for every -100 million in net spend per transfer window.

That would be a nice start, although I would also love the spectacle of Champions League and relegation spots being allocated by a lottery.
