This is a internet box that I have in new apartment I moved in, Im trying to connect ethernet to my PC from Wall plug in the room that says cat6.

I have no internet connection to my PC and I tried different wires. It doesn’t seems that none of the room is connected with the internet?? Can someone guide me how to connect?

    Did you contact Telus? They set it up so they should be responsible in ensuring all your ethernet ports are working. Was your internet service activated?

    Telus isn’t responsible for connecting to interior data cabling.

    There is one RJ45 port open on the Telus box in the center. One of the unterminated blue cables runs to the wall outlet you want active. You’ll need to add an RJ45 connector and plug it into the Telus box.
