Do you still use Facebook, Instagram, or threads? Which Meta products are you currently active on?
I still use it mainly to keep track of local events e.g. bands I follow that go on tour & play a show near me or local venues announcing new shows. Or local city events, the local government/business districts still post things. And the kind of pointless meme/shitposts though a lot of that happens on Lemmy itself nowadays. Rarely ever post anything myself, maybe once every 1-2 years haha. But I can tell some friends still lurk FB since I’ll still end up with a few likes on there.
Could probably do the same with Insta just never got around to actually creating an account there, though now there’s even less point with Meta owning that too.
Deleted my account years ago and never looked back.
Facebook rarely if ever. Instagram every day. Threads never. Made an account and never opened the app again.
None. Dropped FB 5/6 years ago. Never even started with IG.
FB only sparingly, just to keep in touch with friends. Instagram, very rarely these days. I don’t think I’ve opened the app in the last 3 months. Threads, not planning on even trying it. WhatsApp every day.
Not since around 2010. From what I hear, not missing much.
Only down side is missing local info that seems to only get posted there. But, o well

I have never used Facebook or any other Facebook / Meta product. Instead, I had a Google+ account. But we know how that turned out…
If my husband couldn’t send me food pictures on Instagram all day long he’d wither up and blow away, so I have to keep it, but I took it off my home screen and only open it once a day to see what he sent me, otherwise I’d love to delete it. I still do use Facebook a lot because of keeping in touch with my old pre-Facebook social media friends from around the world, we haven’t come up with a replacement for Livejournal where we can all talk as intimately as we’re used to in longer form. I despise it though. Haven’t gotten on threads, never used WhatsApp.
Deleted it probably 15 years ago. I don’t know why people still use it
