Why do I see endless waves of everton fans say they haven’t broke any rules, and everything will be turned over through appeal?

Has any one seen the latest athletic article?

Everton football club are really in trouble here, and I believe all 3 teams looking for a court case will win. That is another possible 9 point deduction.

Also, all this talk of a hostile goodison on the weekend, for what gain?

Second question would be, why does everyone now relate this to Man City? Since when have Man City ever been comparable to any other team in the prem?

Fairness is something we can all agree on, but it’s not the way it works.

Does anyone else think Everton are safe, even with another 9 point deduction, because I do. But I digress, why do Everton fans feel they have done nothing wrong?

    I’m an Everton fan

I’m not saying we were at all innocent, I mean we had some shite accounting and deserve to be punished for that but in the end it was something as small as a 19M overdraft and had made the most profit from transfers out of any other team in the prem for the past 3 years. That does not deserve 10 points when a club going into administration got deducted 9.

Also Leeds, Burnley and Southampton aren’t asking for a points deduction, they want money in terms of 300M. Leeds would have finished 18th if points were deducted from us anyway and we wouldn’t even dip below Southampton if we had points deducted that season. Burnley might get some money but it will be something much smaller than their demanded 100M like near 20M.

Agreed. But Burnley and Southampton’s argument would be, “how do you know Everton would of amassed that many points if given the deduction earlier in the season”

I think they have a case, personally.
