I ain’t readin all that
I ain’t readin all that

Too early. There’s a case for Kompany but Heckingbottom has honestly done all he can with this Sheffield side
I don’t know man. I too think that Anthony Taylor is a fucking bellend
Everton got deducted one more point than a team that went into administration for a single FFP breach as they’re building a stadium in which the main investor left halfway through due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, giving them no competitive advantage over other PL teams. Something an independent commission backed by Leeds United refused to count.
The PL have already gone and said that this type of punishment was only for Everton and would not be used again, setting up Chelsea and Man City with a slap on the wrist. This is why everyone’s pissed.
No shit do the covid losses dwarf over every other club. We’re building a fucking stadium which they included in the accounting even though it gives no competitive advantage over other clubs. We have also seen half of the money being put into the club cut off with USM’s assets being frozen. We have made the most money out of transfer fees out of any other club in the League and now the League is changing the rules to turn it into a one year period instead of three.
4 points for 1 breach and the understanding of that being applied proportionately to other clubs who have made those breaches. What has actually happened is that an independent commission heavily linked to Leeds United deducted 10 points from us for a 19.5M overdraft and then the League saying punishments like ours will not be given to other clubs with the same breaches
He’s won everything and has nothing left to lose
Andre Gomes. Injury and then he was never the same again.
I don’t really hate any of them. Well maybe except for Mason Mount. I don’t know man the way he has his hair makes him look like the most average of average white guys.
Oh, and Trent. Yeah he’s one of the best fullbacks in the league and stuff but I guess I don’t like how close he is to Bainesey’s record and the fact that I feel like he gets way too much hype for someone who forgets how to defend for months on end.
It’s like having a part of your brain cut out. Like 1/3 of your brain wants to suck Netanyahu’s toes, the middle 3rd disagrees with the Israeli treatment of Gaza and doesn’t think they should be indiscriminately carpet bombing civilians but also understands how fucking difficult a Hamas government is making it to live free from apartheid, and the other 3rd is full on river to the sea bullshit
Bought him in FM22 for my Everton save–man only dropped 6.2s
Found the Burnley fan
Keverton is a hero
Would you consider Phil Jagielka in an FA Cup quarter final against Liverpool average?
Safe one is just any of Demarai Gray’s goals. As a player he is as average as they come but when he does show up it’s beautiful
Southgate is doing a good job as manager. He has been able to build a cohesive unit that can win games and go far in major tournaments. Just because he chooses players you disagree with or doesn’t blow away smaller teams like France does does not make him a bad manager. When it matters most, like in the World Cup and the Euros he delivers, and despite popular belief we DON’T know if England can do better than him. Before Southgate, England had been poor and underperforming for nigh on a decade. He at least has built a sense of unity and has a system that has outdone teams of superstars like France and Italy. Honestly the pressure the media has been focusing on him has been positive for the team as the players are no longer being attacked to the extent that they were before Southgate
I’m an Everton fan
I’m not saying we were at all innocent, I mean we had some shite accounting and deserve to be punished for that but in the end it was something as small as a 19M overdraft and had made the most profit from transfers out of any other team in the prem for the past 3 years. That does not deserve 10 points when a club going into administration got deducted 9.
Also Leeds, Burnley and Southampton aren’t asking for a points deduction, they want money in terms of 300M. Leeds would have finished 18th if points were deducted from us anyway and we wouldn’t even dip below Southampton if we had points deducted that season. Burnley might get some money but it will be something much smaller than their demanded 100M like near 20M.
Spurs have shown time and again that they deserve to be in the top 6 by consistentky finishing in the top 6. Sure they have their dips, everyone does. But that doesn’t mean that they don’t have a massive revenue stream and brand that keeps them there. The closest teams in terms of reputation are Everton and Aston Villa and these teams still are massively sidelined in the media so Spurs is still top 6 no matter how good they are at bottling
Just because he doesn’t show up for Italy doesn’t mean he isn’t a Serie A golden boot winner. His consistency with Lazio even now is why Sarri has had the space to turn Lazio into a team that finishes consistently around the top 4. He is the best Italian striker of his generation.
