Hi I just got an Intel grade 6 hardware engineer offer for Phoenix location. Can anyone let me know if below comp is low? It seems low compared to when I google expected salary. Should I negotiate for 105-110 base? How should I negotiate?

Base: 92.5k

APB/QPB: 8k combined

Sign-on bonus: 8k

Stocks: 5k per year for 3 years

Relocation bonus: 6k

    Grade 5 can make more than that. You’re getting lowballed. Sadly, I expect nothing less from this industry. Somebody else dropped a link already for the typical ranges.

    Usually, we don’t get joining stocks now a days. It used to be there long back (as stock options). 92K must be at 95% of comp ratio. That gives your organization the ability to keep you in grade 6 for about 4 more years unless you perform really well. I think you should ask the hiring team about the percentage comp ratio you are offered. Maybe you can demand that you should be at 110% comp ratio.
