Was Erik ten Hag wrong in his attitude with Cristiano Ronaldo? Or vise versa?

Ronaldo was wrong because he should have handled it better, especially being an experienced player but I 100% agree that Ten Hag was playing a game of “showing him who’s boss” with him and it backfired spectacularly.

Tbh I think Ronaldo was done after the summer when they doubted his personal problems. Hearing Ferguson talk about how family was more important and when Ronaldo needed time off for his dad he didn’t even hesitate to give it to him to the club kinda doubting his situation must have been a big shock to him.
