Our attack is not good this season
Teams are more defensive tactically because we’re better. It’s foolish to expect our attack to be the same as last season.
(Teams being more defensive is also why our defence is doing better on paper. Rice aside.)
We’re not even the close. The numbers are very concerning.
We’re 11th for non-penalty xG.
That’s just plain bad, regardless of adjustments other teams have made.
