I remember the run at Euro 96 but I keep seeing El Tel called “innovative” in the articles today - can anyone give me an example of his innovations? or a link to a newspaper article that isn’t behind a paywall that has one explaned?! They all use the word but not many explain why. Am curious as I always assumed he was more of an old-fashioned manager. Thanks.
