Normally I don’t have much time to watch movies, and for the occasional one Netflix is good enough. But once a coupple of years there is a specific one I want to see which is not on Netflix.
Normally I can find it on ThePirateBay, but sometimes it’s offline.
So my question is, how to get a movie like “Sing 2” in a easy way like I used on TPB now in 2023.
Usenet is very easy and convenient to find and download something on a whim, but only after you set it all up.
You need at least one good indexer and you need to subscribe to (probably pay for) at least one good server that gives you access to Usenet. Then at minimum you need a download client that talks to the server. To make it easy and convenient, you then need an app like radarr or sonarr. they make the whole process of looking for and downloading something very easy after you connect them to your download client and your indexer.
Maybe I’m just lazy, but that doesn’t sound casual at all lol
Nah, this is competitive.
Not sure why this is down voted other than some people may not consider it ‘casual’. An -arr setup with usenet is fantastic! The setup has a bit of a learning curve, but it’s well documented in multiple places. Once it’s setup, it’s full automated and you just click on the stuff you want.
Considering that was the entire point of the thread, why do you assume there is another reason?
