I’m looking for something like the Logitech Craft. Is that the only keyboard with this feature, or are there others?

Keychron has keyboards with knobs.
There’s an 8bitdo Nintendo inspired keyboard with knobs.
Rocccat Vulkan has a volume nob, typing on it right now :) Great keyboard, very confortable with the linear switches
