You will always have cpu bottleneck even with 14900k. No cpu available can supply enough instruction to a 4090 to max it out. If i were you, id turn of your monitor program and enjoy the game. Youre chasing yt figures that arent relevant

If youre asking reddit… you need a 14900k, rtx 4090, and 128gb of whatever ddr5 is fastest atm. If you dont, solitare wont run at 11467 fps, and only hit a meagre 10768fps. Dont be a peasant. Solitare demands 16k

Looks good. Only thing id change is the cooler. A decent air cooler can be had for a fraction of that and you could use that money to upgrade to 4080 maybe?
