That Xhaka point is the most crucial one given the context. Many people wrote him off. Plenty of people saw the player in there but we didn’t have the squad to get it out of him and then one day we did. And he thrived.
Kai clearly does what Arteta asks and if you are someone that is doing exactly what you are coached to do, then I’m sorry but you are playing games.
Idk. Everyone has a right to complain about whatever it is they don’t like, just like I have the right to say I absolutely love Kai’s attitude and as someone that manages people, there’s certain qualities that will always stick out. Even if you aren’t performing 100%, you’re still giving 100% effort.
When is that audio coming out?
Correct.
But, using their logic:
Gabriel is already in motion to play ball so 2 hands pushing on the back of his neck, which is a foul everywhere on the pitch, has no consequence whatsoever to his ability to play the ball.
Why would we then not judge every foul the same way? Kai only went in on a guy that was already in motion to play a ball.
I’m picking on the logic they’re using to define the non foul on Gabriel.
Well let’s unpack this logic here:
Gabriel is already going for the ball so he can’t be fouled, right?
So, given that logic, Kai Havertz then should NOT see red because his opponent too had already made a move for the ball? Can’t have it both ways ya?
Martinelli wants to score more than anyone. I fucking love his style.
