It’s a shame Joelinton plays for Newcastle so he’s unattainable for anyone. Arteta would make him top target in midfield if he became available

Palmer is actually a good player I agree, but he is at best Europa League level. Chelsea fans are acting like he was a bargain at £40m when half of our team cost similar amounts and was already CL quality when they signed for us

Chelsea’s ability to overhype bums needs to be studied. You had Liverpool and some Arsenal fans disrespecting their own centre backs to prop up Brighton’s 4th best CB Colwill and now that talk has dried up people are gassing up Palmer instead. One overhyped player to another

Osimhen should be first choice but Santiago Gimenez has a bit of RVP about him so could be a decent back up. Obviously I prefer Toney to him but if we can’t get either of those 2, he could be a decent option

He’s also an awful footballer which makes it even more funny

We only need three signings to complete the squad, even if they cost £200m+

IN: Osimhen, Luiz, Boey ~ £120m + £80m + £30m = £230m

Out: Ramsdale, ESR, Nketiah, Partey, Tierney ~ £30m + £30m + £20m + £20m + 10m = £110m

We can’t play the same way as we did last year because teams play differently against us and because it’s not sustainable to play high octane football with Champions League mid week when we have numerous key players who are susceptible to injuries. If you want an example of what happens when you play like that look no further than Newcastle - not a bad start to the season but tons of injuries and a considerable drop off is likely

I hope Arteta for once rotates properly in a CL game. That team should beat Lens at home and gives all of the players who have been playing lots of minutes rest

Kai scoring and Chelsea losing is justice after I was hearing shouts of Chelsea being back because they won 4-4 against Man City. I can spot mid table teams like them and Spurs from miles away.

There are 2 elite teams in this league(City and Arsenal), 1 very good team in Liverpool. After that Brighton is comfortably the most capable but they have no depth and loads of injuries so will probably finish 8th-10th. We will finish 20 points above anyone not named City/Liverpool

All the underlying stats suggest we are the most dominant team in football. If the Kroenke’s are serious we will buy Toney and Andre in the January window and go for the Champions League

But haven’t you heard? We can’t be much good because we haven’t create many big chances. Wouldn’t you rather be Chelsea conceding 4 goals a game?

What exactly makes City better than us right now?

Not by much but we are probably the best team in the world again. Would like to see us sign another forward in January - stay in the mix until Feb time and we have a decent chance at the league

That was a great performance? The only thing missing was a bit of luck which would have brought us a goal earlier and let us control the match

Is the title finally coming this year? I don’t think we have the depth but we look unstoppable
