Maybe managers wouldn’t feel the need to be so critical if the refs were the least bit competent

It just seems like everyone else is getting punished for how shite these refs are whilst the refs are just getting more and more protection

I would just say it has less flair if anything (and if that’s even the right word to use)

Hardly see players doing crazy skills, dribbles, etc nowadays
