My average SOT has never been above a hour since I’ve started working. Also, before S8 I always kept the display to “Adaptive Display” and had it set to Vivid ever since One UI devices came out.
Now on my S23 as well, I keep it On as white looks white and not pale when it’s on Vivid and being a designer, I’m assured while I test something that the colors are accurate and as per the intent or expectation.
So, I think it’s up to everyone’s preference. If you use your device for long periods, it’s better for you to keep it on normal, however, Vivid for me provides more accuracy.
