Both look very good. Both looked good at the U21 Euros. I wouldn’t definitively say one is better than the other at the moment though, they both have a lot to do still.
I would say that Palmer’s already one of the first names on the Chelsea team sheet. Whereas there’s a few options for Newcastle on the left.

What’s worse is that tons of pundits have fallen for it. I’ve seen multiple people like Alan shearer and the bloke who does analysis on ref calls criticise Arteta for being hypocritical. You’d think they’d have done more research, but I think that says a lot about our current quality of punditry…
Literally. People were so onto Arteta for some out of context statement he said after the Liverpool Tottenham game. But managers shouldn’t be expected to give sympathy for other clubs. A blanket statement about the refs performances for all clubs is something for the pundits, not the managers.
