I want the automated offsides they use in the world cup, get rid of the humans drawing lines. Dont introduce human error where it isn’t needed

I love the idea that while the whole world is speculating over the intricacies of their decision making and rule interpretation, even questioning whether or not big money fixing is occurring these blokes are just doing ther best to pass the time making silly bets for a laf
This is ubsurd, I guess we know why they won’t let us hear the audio. Wonder what are chatting about?
The fans protested until that board got the sack! New board and soon new owner.
While your at might as well give Everton another sanction, anything to make it look like your actually doing something helpful
Don’t worry Everton, the premier league has recognised this unjustice and made sure no other club - ahem, City - will have to suffer what you have.
This is why Everton needed taking down a peg. Need to own at least 4 other clubs to be treated with respect. Props to the PL!
Your last point is possibly the most important. Its known Everton can not afford good lawyers (owner has financial issues so is trying to sell) , so they are easy pickings for the PL and other clubs.
It was a loose loose situation for all unfortunately, due to the nature of the arrest of player x, Everton had no choice but to suspended. (Fans would be furious if he played). But they could not sue as he was ultimately not charged. It took 2 years before he got work again and we may never know the truth
Everton allegedly got confirmation that the interest payments on their loan (many 10s of millions of pound per year) are deductible as per infrastructure spending rules, and as such planned accordingly. The PL changed their mind on this decsion part way through the 21/22 season (after the loan was secured) and the said they would no longer allow this to be deductible.
I see many Everton fans saying the club is guilty. There were two things that stuck out to me that make me not so sure. Everton are building a new stadium, to finance this they took out a loan. Everton allegedly got confirmation that the interest payments on their loan (many millions of pound sterling year) are deductible as per infrastructure spending rules as as such planned accordingly. The PL changed their mind on this decion part way through the 21/22 season and the said they would no longer allow this to be deductible. Obviously this added a big figure on to evertons spending, hence the 19.5 m overspend and player sales. Secondly an Everton player got arrested and suspended forcing Everton to end their contract with the layer and loosing out on his market worth. Now unforeseeable losses are allowed as mitigation, the PL however decided this could be a mitigating factor as it was a “business decision”.
They are building a stadium to replace the 150 year old Goodison Park. Despite what somepeople say it was not tranfer spending. Ultimately it was an accounting decision not to allow Everton to deduct interest on stadium loan payment. Everton are appealing because stadium spending is an allowed deductible. Its a bit of a complicated accounting thing because if they got the loan from an bank it would be deemed deductible.
This just means that more teams will inevitably end up in Evertons situation unable to compete. This is bad news for all but top 6. Rigged
They did, they changed the rules so we fell out by 19.5 million over a three year period. Can’t forecast or plan for that. That’s part of why irs being appealed
Everton have a net spend of zero for the past four window and a net spend for last 5 years of 3rd lowest in premier league. The PL admit Everton had no sporting advantage as it was stadium costs, there is litteraly no case to sue.
Look at the link, the commission is the PL who just want a show trial to claim no need for independent regulation. The facts are for all to see. Third lowest spend. Its a farce.
When you comply with the rules 100% but still ffp gets you, ffp is broken.
“Everton have cooperated with the Premier League — virtually to the point of prostrating themselves — in the past two years. Informing them of intentions to buy a player, outlining their rationale, asking if the league are comfortable with that, in what has been a transparent demonstration of their attempt to comply with profit and sustainability rules (PSR).”

Everton did nothing wrong they can’t sue, this is a sham. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-12763871/Everton-Man-City-Premier-League.html
There are a lot of people who dont understand the situation. Everton have the third LOWEST transfer spend window over the past 5 years. They have an average wage bill. The premier league literally told Everton they had not broken any rules earlier this year. The prem is panickng about an independent regulator and trying to look tough. Everton did not cook the books.
Just shows how stupid Evertons lawyers are, whymdint then choose to wait until 25 to get their sanction. Man City are just smarter.
