I think this is just due to the saturation of fans giving their opinions. They’re not going to cry into their beers, online. So they pretend to be pragmatic, and say something like “we can focus on the league”.

But ask any fan who has just won it and you’ll see how much it is valued.

Weird how many of these incidents have happened already, this season. I don’t remember there being so many in the past. The fact that they don’t have cameras in position to make the calls kind of backs that up. If it had been an issue in the past, those cameras would be in place.
